The dining experience was disappointing, particularly the slow service and limited gluten-free options despite advance notice.

poor dining

absolutley disheartened. the food took so long, i thought i was at a snail race, and gluten-free breakfast? just fruit salad, how creative! plus, the spa was hotter than a sauna and of course, no one bothered to check. it woudl ve been a delightful experience if they had acknowledged my needs. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Our family pool villa was lovely with breathtaking views, and breakfast was a treat. The moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness made us feel at home.

Despite the inviting atmosphere, getting into Ubud without a shuttle was a bit inconvenient, and some facilities felt limited compared to what we expected from a luxury resort.
